Quiet, protected stillwater fishing on the Douglas Lake Ranch — focused, technical, and small-group.
Minnie Lake is one of the more technical stillwaters on the Douglas Lake Ranch. The fish are big and the presentation matters. We run small groups so the water stays quiet and the guide-to-angler ratio stays high.
Pairs naturally with the Stoney Lake program as a multi-water expedition, or stands alone as a focused 2 – 3 day trip.
Clear water, large rainbows, sight-fishing common in calm conditions.
Maximum 6 anglers, often run with 4.
Lighter, ranch-adjacent menu. Sommelier-paired wine where the trip length allows.

All activities are optional. Your trip is structured around what your group wants. The guides arrive prepared to run all of it.
Boat-based and float tube. Chironomid through summer, leech and dragon into fall.
This is an example, not a schedule. Your group dictates the pace, timing, and activity mix. The guides arrive equipped for all of it — you decide what you actually want.
Check in mid-afternoon. Evening hatch session 6 – 9pm. Late dinner at camp.
Full guided day. Lunch on the lake. Sommelier-paired dinner.
Morning session through lunch. Departures by 2pm.
If you want the Nicola Valley water without a full week off, Minnie is the trip.
