By accessing or using the Wild Table Outfitters website (wildtableoutfitters.com) or booking any expedition, day trip, or experience offered by Wild Table Outfitters ("Wild Table," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wild Table Outfitters, operating in British Columbia, Canada.

2. Description of Services

Wild Table Outfitters provides guided wilderness expeditions, day trips, and curated outdoor experiences across British Columbia, including but not limited to:

  • Guided fishing and hunting expeditions
  • Adventure motorcycle touring experiences
  • Multi-day wilderness expeditions with culinary and sommelier programming
  • Day trips and single-session guided outdoor experiences
  • Any additional experiences or packages offered from time to time

Services may involve third-party operators, accommodation providers, and partner organizations. Wild Table Outfitters acts as the primary service coordinator and guide provider.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Wild Table Outfitters. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the expedition start date.

3.3 Wild Table Outfitters reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its sole discretion, including where the number of participants or the nature of a request falls outside our operating guidelines.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations by Client. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@wildtableoutfitters.com. The following schedule applies:

  • 120 or more days prior to departure: 90% refund
  • 61 to 119 days prior to departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 60 days prior to departure: No refund

4.2 Cancellations by Wild Table Outfitters. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any expedition or experience due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participant numbers, guide unavailability, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

4.3 We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance prior to booking.

5. Participant Eligibility and Health Requirements

5.1 Participants must be 19 years of age or older, or must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility on their behalf, in accordance with British Columbia law.

5.2 You are responsible for honestly disclosing any physical condition, medical history, disability, allergy, or dietary restriction that may affect your participation or safety. Wild Table Outfitters reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose condition, in our sole judgment, poses a risk to themselves or others.

5.3 All participants must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the booked experience. Trip-specific fitness and skill requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

6.1 Outdoor wilderness activities, including but not limited to fishing, hunting, motorcycle touring, hiking, and backcountry travel, involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. By participating in any Wild Table Outfitters experience, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

6.2 Prior to participating in any Wild Table Outfitters experience, all participants will be required to sign a separate Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Waiver of Claims agreement. No participant will be permitted to join an expedition without executing this agreement.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces the obligations imposed under applicable British Columbia law, including the Occupiers Liability Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 337.

7. Firearms, Hunting, and Licensing

7.1 All hunting and fishing activities are conducted in strict accordance with British Columbia provincial regulations, applicable federal law, and the terms of any required licences and permits.

7.2 Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required hunting, fishing, or firearms licences or permits applicable to their participation. Wild Table Outfitters is not responsible for any regulatory non-compliance by clients.

7.3 The safe handling and storage of firearms is the joint responsibility of the client and the guide. Wild Table Outfitters reserves the right to remove any participant from an expedition who fails to comply with safe firearms handling protocols.

By participating, you grant Wild Table Outfitters a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your likeness in such materials, unless you notify us in writing prior to your expedition that you do not consent to being photographed or filmed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Table Outfitters, its guides, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in any experience or use of our website.
