Wild Table Outfitters ("Wild Table," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website or book an experience with us, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), S.B.C. 2003, c. 63, and other applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Policy.

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Date of birth and age verification information
  • Health and fitness information disclosed for safety screening purposes

  • Hunting, fishing, and firearms licence numbers where required
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely through third-party payment providers)

  • Conducting safety screening and eligibility assessments prior to participation
  • Complying with legal obligations, including regulatory licensing requirements
  • Sending promotional communications and newsletters, where you have provided consent
  • Improving our website and services through analytics
  • Responding to inquiries and customer service requests

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those identified above without your prior consent, except as required or permitted by law.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information to:

  • Service providers and partners involved in delivering your experience (e.g., accommodation providers, partner guides, transportation operators), who are bound by confidentiality obligations

Where personal information is disclosed to third parties, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Health and safety information collected for trip participation may be retained for 2 years following the completion of your experience. Financial records are retained in accordance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored on our servers.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and gather analytics data. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 19. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including partner organizations and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.

11. Changes to This Policy
